We are passionate about community building. We are driven by a vision of strong, resilient communities that provide an environment for individuals of all generations to thrive.

We have been working in collaboration with First Nations, Inuit and Indigenous peoples in the Americas since 2005.

We are based in Montréal, Québec, Canada, and have extensive on-the-ground experience in remote Indigenous areas. Together, we have spent a combined 9 years living in remote, rural and northern communities.

Our work emphasizes engagement and empowerment because people are at the centre of community building. Engagement empowers when people identify as the creative force in their community. Empowerment enables people to build their common future and to thrive as individuals.
